Kaminski Daley founded TipLedger after working as a restaurant payroll manager for about three years. That work included checking weekly hours and tip hours, working out how tips were shared among servers, bussers, runners and other staff, and reviewing leave, sick time and pay records alongside systems such as ADP and Paycor.
